Maine Democrats, we cannot nominate candidates who do not share these values and have anything less than a 100% record supporting women's rights to make their own healthcare decisions. 3/3

Banning these tried and true methods of access will harm rural Mainers most. When I am in Congress I will proudly vote to enshrine the protections granted in Roe V. Wade, and will stand up for a women’s right to choose every chance I get. 2/

The 5th Circuit Court of appeals has yet again attacked American women’s right to access critical healthcare. The decision bans mifepristone from being sent via mail or prescribed via telehealth, seriously affecting abortion access. 1/

Today we celebrate the workers’ movement that has touched every part of our society. Thank you to all who came before us who fought for standard work hours, fair wages, and safe work environments— we’re all better for it. Pro-labor and pro-worker always.

In a time of constant division, we need unity. I look forward to working with @grahamformaine in Washington to ensure that Mainers have affordable and accessible healthcare, protected Social Security benefits, and the ability to make ends meet. That’s the goal now and always.

Governor Mills has been a trailblazer for women her entire career— whether it was as AG or Governor, she broke the ceiling for all Maine women. While we’ve sometimes disagreed over policy, it’s always been clear that Governor Mills has fought with Mainers in mind. 1/

During the first debate, while we all talked about what we want to do for Mainers I could talk about what I’ve already done. My platform is really simple— to fight for good jobs, good schools, accessible and affordable healthcare, and most importantly, to put Maine people first.

We can’t let political violence be normalized. What we saw happen at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner was unacceptable, and we must continue to make it known that violence has no place in our country or our democracy.
