Several of her associates have already been arrested and sentenced, including Karl Sebastian Greenwood, who received a 20 year prison sentence for his role in the scheme. @brian_armstrong Yeah, it's hard to get hired when you write "I get shit done" and "I solve problems" on a resume. So many people look good on paper, but they can't simplify or find solutions.

Some of our best hires were totally unqualified on paper. They always had the same qualities: entrepreneurial, high agency, smart, mission aligned, and they got shit done. If you’re hiring, especially in early stages, seek out & bet on these people. Don’t over-index on resumes.
