The one thing I’m gonna shelve in the back of my mind — the Rams have been as “fuck them picks” as it gets. They now, presumably, have their heir apparent at QB. They’ve afforded themselves the ability to crank up the aggressive meter to a level unmeasured. Are they gonna do it?

The only way the Rams can upset me at 13 is by trying to outsmart the league again. No Atwell/Ferguson-type "upside" surprises. Just take the highest rated player on everyone else's board who can make a Day 1 impact if needed, regardless of position. It shouldn't be difficult.
