Another “game-changer pill” is now offered by the NHS. Unlike with the PrEP rollout in England, this time there’s no finger-pointing at potential users, no excuses for more clinical trials before implementation and no need to sue NHS England to access it.

Finally! So many years of work from so many people and, at last, LGBT+ people living with HIV have equal fertility rights. Congratulations to @NAT_AIDS_Trust staff, past and present, and the countless clinicians, activists and supporters who made this happen.

The @HouseofCommons has just passed #EqualHIVFertilityRights! The legislation will be debated later today in the @UKHouseofLords. Thank you @GwynneMP for taking the right steps to end this unjust barrier for LGBT+ people living with #HIV who wish to be parents.
