Yes. These are important to know. Yes, I too live by these rules. The same rules apply in my current friend groups. The only thing I wish, is that we lived in a world that didn't need these rules.

@AshZification He's old school so it's probably dollars based. The first time it was 2.00 but was discussed this time it's a surprise my pay stubs will say. I'm just stunned, I'm not used to being treated well by employers. I'm Used to hollow words and empty promises for pennies.

Just got told I was getting a raise and in the awe and excitement of being appreciated enough to get an unprompted and unrequested raise, I never asked how much. Not sure how to react honestly American industry has me so conditioned to having to fight for recognition and raises.

I've been getting the itch to stream again. I think the hiatus can come to an end. Home life, which was the cause of the hiatus, seems to be settling down. Maybe Saturday and Sunday mornings. Want to test some stuff maybe some test streams and then start fresh in the new year.
