@Joe_Wignall@virginmedia Oh Joe I feel your pain, we went with Virgin, 1st week broadband fine but then went down for a day not great when you work from home. By the end of that day we went back to Sky!! Hope you get it sorted soon xx
Currently experiencing the worst customer service from @virginmedia - still without broadband 4 days after installation date. Not getting anywhere either. Such a poor service 😢
@virginmedia UK. The installer who came on Monday was incredibly rude, walked through our new house with mud, refused to install the broadband in our room of choice and left without completion. We are still waiting for this to be resolved and we are losing hope. Thanks.

@virginmedia We’ve been promised engineers within 24 hours each day, but they never show up. Finding it impossible to escalate this matter. Currently looking at other providers for options.
