@worldofcrap @NoelCT Twitter and tweet were kinda catchy and unique. But, her, someone thought “threads” is a word we will love saying - “threading today? I love to thread! Read my threads!”

I’m no branding expert, but I would think that naming your once-vibrant community by a single, unsearchable letter that, when spoken, also sounds like you mean “former/has-been” seems… almost like active sabotage.

My parents wouldn’t let me have Barbies when I was a kid. I was also not allowed to have Cabbage Patch dolls (not sure why) but my godmother got me one anyway. I had a stuffed bunny named Fred who I talked to. I gave him up when I got married at 23.
