NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte says they “cannot confirm” Israel’s assessment that the missiles fired at Diego Garcia Air Base were intercontinental ballistic missiles. But says “we are looking into that.”
“What we know for sure is that they are very close to having that capability. Whether this case with the U.K. base, Diego Garcia, we are still assessing,” he tells @margbrennan. “But if it is true, it means they already have that capability. If it is not true, we know they are very close to having that capability.”

🤑 The success of the Premier League now means its top clubs are too expensive for their owners to find buyers. Nobody is buying Chelsea for £4bn (their break even), nobody is buying Spurs for £3bn, nobody is buying United for £5bn. All stuck - new minorities the best hope. It means that fans can protest but ultimately it’s irrelevant. Forthcoming economic environment plus higher for longer interest rates makes it even harder and refinancing much more expensive than envisaged just 3 months ago.
