Most importantly, the code can be found here: github.com/cchmc-cpir/dec… which includes 2D and 3D, radial and spiral examples, for both ventilation and gas-exchange MRI. GPU support not required but recommended.

Thankful to announce our latest publication that demonstrates compressed sensing reconstructions of non-Cartesian 129Xe MRI data using a hyperpolarized decay model: doi.org/10.1002/mrm.30… This approach improves image sharpness and SNR, even with three-fold reduced breath-holds!

Thankful to announce our recent publication: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.10… In short, We found a way to measure flip angle maps for 2D spiral hyperpolarized xenon MRI using keyhole reconstruction. This enables images to be corrected for infamous "B1-drop-offs" using analytical theory.

History was made this week! The first clinical scan utilizing our XENOVIEW™ (xenon Xe 129 hyperpolarized) technology in the United States took place at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, as a 19-year-old cystic fibrosis patient became the very first person to receive an FDA-approved XENOVIEW lung MRI.
