@ASUS_ROG It has not been a smooth experience with the ROG Ally X! Won’t wake up from being docked and confusing many background applications running! Unable to use the @ character entering email and so on! (Maybe due to international keyboard settings.) Will give this a second try!

Samsung Display has started production of Micro-OLED displays for their Galaxy XR headset This is the first time that they commercialized it! They plan to expand their supply to other companies such as Apple Competition in this area is quickly lowering Micro-OLED costs ❤️

@DieserAndrew Even Meta Quest Pro had better hardware setup with Face and Eye tracking vs Eye tracking and passthru cameras vs no passthru! It feels like a budget HMD missing features that was expected! Only possible great thing is a dual WiFi adapter! Wait 4 next gen Meta Pro, Apple, Google?

So it's really happening... I hate to be the vibe killer but I am actually kinda disappointed about this one. It's still on LCD. It tracks inside-out. They got rid of the over-ear speakers and also literally the best VR controllers on the market. It just has side straps, which could make it very annoying to balance. They integrated eye tracking is neat, seems well placed, though no lip tracking. Tech specs and connectivity look good. Overall it seems to me to be just another Quest variant. To be fair, OLED displays and integrated eye tracking are the only things I was missing on the Index. Not even given that, for me the Steam Frame is definitely not considered as a new investment in the future. It's sad. I've been waiting for 6 years for the next generation Index, guess I'll have to wait a bit longer.

@Suzierizzo1 In Sweden it’s $6.49 a gallon (and that is low..) Makes you go EV instead, but the electricity is about the same price so you need to charge it from your home solar panels when possible to get the price down!

@SawyerMerritt Single eye display! 600x600 resolution… So it’s just like the old Google Glass, ok it’s a color display! Maybe they will survive, but can’t see the beauty with them at this moment! Will wait for a MR/AR glasses with dual eye and 3D support, before replacing my ordinary glasses
