@SimonCalder I have premium economy flights LHR-HAN with Vietnam Airlines. At the time of booking I selected free seats. I recently explored an upgrade to business, without buying it. They have now removed my premium seats even though I didn’t upgrade, can they do that?

When I was involved with our trust everything went through the secretary. And if I’m boring, John, why exactly are you following me? I find netball boring so don’t follow it.
