POLITICAL LEADERS VISIT NPS HEADQUARTERS
Today, 20th May 2026, political leaders led by the former Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management, Hon. Moses Kuria, visited the National Police Service (NPS) Headquarters in Nairobi.
The leaders were received by the Principal Assistant to the Inspector General, Mr. Mathew Kutoh, SAIG, on behalf of the Inspector General, Mr. Douglas Kanja, who was away on official duties.
The leaders and senior officers from the NPS held a meeting to discuss various issues, including political intolerance, citing the recent tragic attack on Rachel Muthoni Wandeto in Mwiki.
Furthermore, they called for urgent police action to address such violence, insisting that those responsible for this heinous act and other related crimes must be brought to justice. They emphasised that criminal activities of any form have no place in the country’s democracy.
Additionally, the leaders presented a protest note titled “Justice For Rachel”, condemning careless, irresponsible and inflammatory remarks made by politicians or leaders that may incite hostility, embolden extremists, and fuel anger and tribal tensions.
Addressing the leaders, Mr. Kutoh assured them that the NPS, through the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, is currently conducting investigations and pursuing leads to apprehend the suspects, who will face the full force of the law.
Also in attendance were nominated Senator Hon. Karen Nyamu, Member of Parliament for Mbeere North Hon. Njeru Wa Muthende, and other political leaders from Nairobi.
Senior officers from the NPS present included the Director of Corporate Communications and NPS Spokesperson, Mr. Muchiri Nyaga,AIG; and NPS Director of Training and Research, Mr. Hassan Aljir, AIG.

This script was badly written probably by Mr. Egg. I was wondering when did Yamune cartels, the likes of Oscar Sudi and Kipchumba Murkomen, suddenly develop compassion for someone from the mountain? These are the same people who once claimed that innocent women and children tear-gassed themselves inside a church bcoz Kikuyus hate Kalenjin presidency. Even those affordable bloggers who identify any Kikuyu as a tribalists developed empathy all of a sudden. We've seen things in this God forsaken country of ours Yawaa!!🤣

My people from Rift Valley, AIC & Full Gospel churches are the reason we are underdeveloped while at the same time still struggling to successfully fight corruption in the land of milk.
If I'm lying, show me leader in our region who goes to these two churches as a member & is not involved in corruption. There's is absolutely NONE.
These are churches that are so dedicated in fighting useless stuff in our community like traditional circumcision & traditional wedding but puts so much energy to always organise fund-raisers and harambees targeted at receiving money from corrupt politicians while pretending to serve God.
They run schools & hospitals too yes but you'll never see them organise harambees to develop the said schools & hospitals under them. I can be wrong but I bet not on this one.
The day we defeat these churches in our region is the day we'll see true breakthrough in terms of regional growth and development ama vipi???

@bungehustleke @mwabilimwagodi2 Hata EABL use DCI, KRA, Judiciary, KeBS etc to eliminate all its competitors.
Do you know every brewery has an active court case, KRA intimidations and DCI molesting their directors. One day EABL will collapse if it will lack govt support
