November & early December of RevenueLaunch were SO stressful…
We took on ALOT of fulfillment on & I couldn’t be directly involved in all of it
While trying to figure out a marketing channel and our marketing positioning…
It was a mess.
Our new clients weren’t succeeding & I couldn’t understand why.
Everything that I had done in the past that worked for other brands wasn’t growing our clients revenue…
I realized I was the problem.
I was so focused on growth of marketing & sales that I took my time away from what mattered… fulfillment
I made a commitment that I would cut the “growth” mentality and dive back in…
I listened to a ton of our clients calls through CallRev, took calls myself, & helped manage a team at one point…
(Not stuff I typically do)
All to pull us out of the problem I put us in…
I made a lot of changes to scripts, pre-call, the offers of the clients & Whatever I did worked…
The new clients have alot of momentum and are winning compared to 2 weeks ago
All that was required was my focus & attention…
I learned a lot through this experience but the biggest takeaway is…
Not all progress is an increase in revenue or cash collected.
It’s the other actions and effort that need to be taken in order to increase numbers…
