@LibertarianG0th Former Denny's line cook checking in. I think hardest for me was Over Well. Got to keep the yolk intact but don't burn it. Over Hard is easy because you can break the yolk. At least that was how we did it at Denny's, don't know about Waffle House...

I’ve come to conclusion that most of y’all don’t know jacksht about eggs and the numerous ways to prepare them. Take it from someone who worked the line at Waffle House: there’s many… MANY different ways to even just “fry” an egg. 🙄 And these pics aren’t even ALL of the ways. There’s also “basted” (“eyes open”, and “eyes closed”), and scrambled eggs also have the same done-ness levels as the basic fried egg: scrambled soft, scrambled medium, scrambled well. There’s also the Japanese style omelettes that are shaped like a football and are very runny when cut open. I worked the line at Waffle House. I’ve made just about every style of eggs in my time there, minus the French styles. Before you come at me about how my eggs are “overcooked”, know your sht, because I know mine. If you’ve seen my cooking, you would know that I know wtf I’m doing in the kitchen. KTHX!!!!!!
