A corollary to my last case. 12 cm #HCC treated with resin Y90 (300 Gy MIRD, 20K spheres/mL) + anti-reflux catheter. Very strong PR at 1 mo - I bet CR by 6 mo. Mild fatigue, otherwise no side effects. @SirtexMedical @TriSalusLifeSci @ucsd_ir
