Remember when Roki Sasaki threw 100mph consistently? Mark Prior got his hands on him and ruined him completely. Not he’s sitting at 96/97mph.

Purely mistaken killings (no aggression, e.g., clear misID or accident with zero threat) are rare: <20 cases/year nationwide total, not racially skewed after context controls.
