John Carter retweetledi

Yesterday I participated in a panel discussion organized by RT, along with Stanley Cohen and Stanislav Krapivnik, where we debated the war crimes possibly committed by the parties in the conflict between Israel/USA and Iran.
My opinion is clear:
1- War crimes are imprescriptible, and Israel and the USA must answer for the crime of aggression and for the crimes committed in Iran;
2- Any war crimes committed by Iran must be investigated according to the set of criteria defined by international law (necessity and proportionality), as well as the lethality of the attacks (the attacks by Israel and the USA deliberately target civilians);
3- The UN can only take a position if it is neutral and mobilizes an investigation mission to the theater of operations to determine responsibility.
