@The_Tman10 Celtic will win the league because we have Martin O’Neill in charge and a captain and a core of players who know how to win. The new players will play their part. Off the field I agree with many that as a Club we need a complete reset.

The board have hung Martin O’Neill out to dry and to be honest deserve everything they get if Celtic don’t win the league. St Johnstone have spent more money than Celtic in this January window never mind Rangers and Hearts.

Celtic turned down 25m for Engels, could have cashed out on Maeda in summer, missed the CL cash, paid millions to get Nancy for a few weeks just to pay him and his team off weeks later. an absolute disaster from a business point of view before you even consider state of the team.

@ParadisePlaques Pursuit of the player is signed off by MON. It’s up to our CEO to get the deals over the line. So by that definition, MON is “signing off” on going after Oxlade-Chamberlain. Simply put, MON has decided we should go after that player.

@BWCSCSligo @CelticFC Agree but need to keep him until the summer. Nobody who’s a regular starter leaves in January. We’ve a League Title to hold on to as well as the Scottish Cup and Europe. He’s a professional paid by us to perform so it’s on him to do so.

If the Engels offer fails, it wouldn't surprise me if contact was made between someone at Celtic and someone at Forest about a wee PR stunt. In both cases it would look like they're backing the manager without actually doing anything.
