🚨🇮🇪 BREAKING!
Despite the proposed talks arranged between the government and farmers scheduled for 2pm, a large number of public order Gardaí have arrived at the Whitegate Oil refinery, one of the main sites of the Fuel Protest.
This doesn't look like the actions of a government who are ready to make a deal.

Just like he promised.

🇮🇷 Iran had a popular democratically elected leader in the 1950s
The U.S. and UK orchestrated a coup to get rid of him, and placed the Shah in power, turning the democracy back to an autocracy
Reason? Control of the country's oil
This created a lot of anger in Iran, which played a key part in the revolution in 1979 that led to the current regime
And today? Regime change is back on the table.
Main reason? Control of the oil (through the Strait of Hormuz)

A hugely significant discovery has taken place in Ireland recently.
After the construction of a wind-farm in County Wicklow was halted, archaeologists discovered something that should change how we all view our country and history.
The Irish were building houses and towns long before the Vikings arrived!
Radiocarbon dating has confirmed this to be the largest nucleated prehistoric settlement in Ireland and Britain.
Ireland belongs to the Irish!

On Luka Modric and Rangers.
Modric IS NOT GOING TO RANGERS, but you knew that, right?
The story I told about Modric is in the @BBCSport in relation to Davide Ancelotti and Rangers. Players he knows have asked him to take them to Rangers. And when Modric was asked about it, he did not say no, or yes, or committed to it. It was a way to explaining the kind of conversations Davide can have, as he has access to players that hugely respect him
But MODRIC IS NOT GOING TO RANGERS.
It will not stop people assuming that he is about to sign for Rangers 😂😂

I think the most miraculous story I heard while being in London KY was from an elderly man.
We both stood next to each other, not saying a word, just taking in the scene and processing it.
After a couple minutes of silence he says “ it’s astonishing that that used to be my home” as we look down at a red car on top of what used to be part of his home. I said “with all due respect sir, how are you alive?” What he would go on to tell me was nothing short of a miracle. He explained to me that him and his wife woke up to the tornado sirens and realized they had no time to drive to safety. So they simply sat at the kitchen table and held hands saying goodbye and that they loved each other. He proceeded to tell me how at first he could hear debris falling from the sky and hitting the roof. Then a loud roar, followed by each and every wall crumbling and being stripped away from them. Nothing was left standing except for one single thing. The table they both sat at. “It’s truly the work of God as to why I can sit here and talk to you” he finished with.
If this isn’t a story about the wonders of tornadoes I don’t know what is. I wish I got the man’s name and phone number, but in the off chance he sees this. You sir gave me a story that will stick with me forever. Thank you for sharing your story.
