@TiffeQuill I feel like I’ve read it 100 times already and made so many edits that it all makes sense to me and hope there’s not something that’s so blatantly on the nose that makes readers feel dumb like… anything over explained. I hope it all makes sense.
@JohnGerardBooks I’d genuinely be interested in beta reading for you and “Rick Ross style” made me laugh, what’s the one thing you’re most nervous beta readers are going to call out in the manuscript?
@JohnGerardBooks You might get better beta readers if you make the ask a bit more specific. Something like "middle grade adventure, mostly looking for pacing and clarity notes" tells people whether they’re a good fit better than "brutally honest" alone.
