Not in a million years could anyone logically explain to me what the point of this gathering of teenagers that turned into a small riot was for. At least when there’s an event in the loop we can say ok a large group of ppl gathered for Mexican Independence Day, St. Patrick Day or Independence Day & too many ppl in close proximity created a hostile environment.
