This past week we had 2 teams lift the day before a game and one team did a primer lift on game day. They all won. They didn’t win because of the lifts. But they also didn’t lose because of the lifts. What they did do was still develop physical qualities, despite being in-season. Long term development cannot take seasons off just because you’re in-season (which is almost 12 months a year now for kids.)
