@TheEmmapreneur I want to find the earliest reference to Monarch. Nobody has offered anything prior to October 1993, so I'm assuming that's the first. Cathy O'Brien published an article in Phoenix Journal in December 1993, but nothing prior to October.

Conspiracy theorists often reference a CIA “Project Monarch.” The earliest reference to it that I can find comes from an October 1993 edition of Phoenix Journal. One of the journal’s editors claims to be a nine-foot-tall alien. Can anyone find an earlier reference to Monarch?

@TheEmmapreneur I would love to know who they are, if you're able to share that information. Again, I'm just trying to find the earliest reference to Monarch, so they would have to have spoken out prior to October 1993.

@JohnLisle Perhaps she was lured into an OP to detract credibility Regardless she is one person. I have case worked with individuals for over a decade, my associates for over 3 decades. We have a gigantic database of blind corroboration, most isn't discussed publicly. No 'gotchas' for me

@JohnLisle By 1993 processes in the background were well under way to address MONARCH from program defectors and more. The Phoenix Journal sounds like an IC attempt to 'get ahead of the story' to smear credibility. Your biased 'journalism' is lazy at best, so bad it seems deliberate

You’re not going to find links on Google to the governments most kept secret projects. You need to actually listen to survivors - which you are not doing. You are speaking over them and the research people like myself have been doing by actually working with them. Before you go any further - have you even spoken to one single survivor of these projects you spend hours of your week calling ‘conspiracy theorists’? Because it appears you have not.

John - you’ve obviously never spoken to actual survivors of these projects and it’s blatantly obvious in the way your ‘research’ is setup to align with the CIA-run False Memory Syndrome Foundation and as a smear campaign against survivors of these projects. I have spent the last 5 years interviewing survivors of MK ULTRA / MONARCH and your ‘research’ couldn’t be more wrong and incorrect. Maybe speak to survivors and people actually working with them instead of speaking over them. Survivors have been referencing MONARCH for decades and decades and here you are using a Google search that turns up BS. Shame on you. MK ULTRA is very real, it involved children, and it is still happening today to innocent children as we speak. Talk to real experts and survivors before making a fool of yourself as you have been doing.

Another of the journal’s editors, the one who first introduced Monarch, claims to receive messages from Aton, “C.E.O. and Chairman of the Board of Central Management for this particular universe within Creator Source’s Omniverse of All That Is.”
