I've posted more than a few of these types of posts below, down through the years…and I just hope that it never seems routine or blasé to us out of sheer repetition. Because we should never take results like this for granted. They don't just happen because we put our orange and black shirts on and show up to the meets. Results like this are created over days and weeks and months through a painstaking process undertaken by #DoaneTF athletes and coaches. What would seem to most like mind-numbing details attended to every day at practice (and plans for those practices) by the dedicated practitioners of our sport yield these kinds of numbers. Every exercise, every lift, every jump, every 150-meter repeat and every mile, every day means something. So, let's celebrate! But at the same time, let's not forget what got us here.
