I get this is #CBJ and a Bowness message, but I’d love this speech for #LGRW too. It matters to have players and a mentality where losing bothers you more than anything. That requires systemic change, I think he can do it. Love that passion!

As I watch #LGRW get cooked across social media, here is a summary. Keep 71, 23, 93, 53 (and 36 in net). Good core. Spend money (either SY or management), replace some bottom-6 and go get Robo from DAL. A significant piece helps DET make the 26-27 playoffs and they build off it.

Congratulations to Head Coach Adam Nightingale on his appointment as head coach of the 2027 U.S. National Junior Team! He'll lead the team at the 2027 IIHF World Junior Championship on Dec. 26, 2026 - Jan. 5, 2027, in Edmonton and Red Deer, Alberta. This is Nightingale's eighth time working with Team USA, after most recently serving as an assistant coach for the gold medal-winning U.S. Men's National Team at the 2025 Men's World Championships.
