@Sakowsk1Michael You definitely didnt take this video very late in the game when fans started to leave bc that game was likely over, and 85% of those seats were definitely not filled the previous 36 minutes of game time

This is the stuff I just can’t understand. Can any officials help me out here? How can a professional crew watch this play from three angles and not call one of the at least 6 fouls on this play? The call was eventually a double-dribble.

I’ve never been on the get rid of Greg train. But taking Swartz out with 4 minutes to go when he’s your leading scorer and clearly feeling himself is insane. 100% losing Swartz next year now too, he was pissed coming off the floor.

@southpawpress To be fair, if the refs would call it even on the 90ft from the basket foul, the game doesn’t get close to begin with. I do agree tho obviously needed shots to fall and all. Just wish Mac would tell his players to start hand checking when the refs decide they won’t call it.

@JohnSakowski Bigger point is when you put yourself in position to let officials be a factor, that's on you. Mainly lost the game because they couldn't figure out how to get the ball in cleanly and fouled Seton Hall 90 feet from the basket. Controllable stuff. Refs are not controllable stuff.

Did Swartz get fouled when they called a jump ball instead? Yes. Did Creighton retain possession and immediately follow up by getting tied up for another jump ball off the in bounds? Yes. Played the last 11:30 in a total panic. Can't put this loss on one play or the refs.

@southpawpress All I’m saying is your second comment is implying that it wasn’t the refs fault that the second tie up happened, when indeed it was

@JohnSakowski Look, i'm not saying it was officiated well but you can't blow a 16-point lead in 12 minutes on the backs of the refs alone. That was one of the worst losses they've ever had in the Big East -- one they couldn't afford.
