REQUEST DENIED: A tearful Thomas Stein pleaded with the judge for permission to hug his family one last time before being taken into custody during a dramatic sentencing hearing.

To the person who called in my car at the disabled parking spot at Target… I honestly just want to understand why.
I was inside the store for under five minutes. Ran in, grabbed what I needed, and came right back out. By the time I got outside, there was already a tow truck lifting my car.
How does something escalate that fast?
I wasn’t parked there long, I wasn’t leaving it there while I shopped—I was literally just in and out for a quick stop.
But somehow that small window of time was enough for someone to report it and for it to turn into a tow.
Now I’m stuck dealing with the tow yard, fees, and all the stress that comes with it, over something that feels like it got way out of hand.
Less than five minutes.

High School Withholds Teen’s Diploma After Viral Graduation Split
18-year-old Tyvion Campbell, a graduate of Chicago Tech Academy, went viral after performing a split on stage during graduation instead of a standard walk. She waved to the crowd, dropped into the move, and was left confused when she wasn’t given her diploma.
Campbell says the stunt was planned ahead of time and that she had told friends, family, classmates, and even teachers about it for months.
“I told my friends, family, and I told my peers, my teachers, I said, 'I'm gonna do a split on stage. When I did it, everyone was surprised” she said.
She says she expected to receive her diploma right after but was surprised when it wasn’t handed to her.
“I tried to reach for my diploma, and I didn't get it. I was confused at first. I thought they mixed up my name,” she explained.
Campbell claims school officials later told her her diploma was being withheld and that she would need to make up for the incident, saying they felt she turned the moment into a personal spotlight
