Why only announce this now? Same with the promise to cap stadium funding at $375 million..
The Liberals have had years to make these changes and yet the promises only come out at election time.

Jeff Kennett is right. There's no way the stadium can be built for the Premier’s $375 million. What does the quote “not one red cent more” cover? Does it cover the $375 million plus for moving the sewerage plant?

It would be interesting to know how much of the Mac point development is covered by the Premier’s $375 million cap. The word from insiders is that the cost of moving the sewerage facility alone will be $375 million.

Various claims have been made by Mr Tucker this afternoon regarding the high performance centre, animal welfare & parliamentary processes. This is disappointing. I did no more than reiterate my position on these matters as outlined in my letters to Mr Tucker last Friday.

The Tas Govt is trying to persuade people It’s doing them a favour by returning $30 of the tax on their power bills. What they are failing to disclose is they are ripping off $390 in tax on the average power bill in the middle of a cost-of-living crisis.
