It’s wild how fast AI is changing how we work at Intercom. In an early stage design crit today, no one used Figma. Every designer built highly functional prototypes with production components.

As of the last two weeks, 90% of pull requests at Intercom are authored by Claude Code. If this is interesting, next month I'm giving a couple of talks at AI Engineer Europe in London, and the DX Summit on this topic.

I joined Intercom in December, watching this up close has been something else.
We doubled growth two years running - $400m ARR, Fin about to pass $100m. All while the rest of SaaS kept slowing.
So impressive to see. I'm excited to help build what comes next.
