@Johnny4bikes Our teams will be allocated as many carriages as possible. We will have buses running between Shrewsbury and Crewe if you'd rather travel that way. ^Owen

Hey @transport_wales is there a direct train between #Shrewsbury and #ManchesterPiccadilly this Saturday?
English

@Johnny4bikes Hi Johnny, due to engineering work, we won't have direct services, sorry. ^Owen
English

@Johnny4bikes @LNRailway I'm afraid not ^Ned
English

@RoyKyffin Hi Roy, we currently don't have a timescale for the service returning. This is constantly under review. ^Owen

@tfwrail can you explain why your services are only going as far as Wolverhampton and not ending/Beginning at Bham international. I fail to see how This is due to more trains than usual needing repairs at the same time.
It's the same train going on to Birmingham!
Birmingham, England 🇬🇧 English

@tfwrail Not acceptance on @LNRailway as well? It’d save some people from changing trains at Wolverhampton. Less disruption for customers.
English

@ShropshireSBM Hi Hayley, services are terminating at Wolverhampton and we have ticket acceptance with Cross Country and West Midlands to convey our passengers between Wolverhampton and Birmingham ^Ned

Cheers folks! Enjoyed that. Off to listen to Going For The One now! #timstwitterlisteningparty

It is totally your fault @ThomHetheringto that myself and @sparklecupboard are having a fabulous anniversary meal in @Norma_ldn. Thank you! #ThreeDesserts

Thank you @ShropCouncil for resurfacing work on NCN81 around Shrawardine and Montford Bridge. First time on the bike along there since last year. A horrible, dangerous road has been transformed into a delightful country lane. Heathgates is safer now too. Keep it up, please.👏👏👍
English

Thanks @ShropCouncil for repairing the lane between Berwick Rd, Shrews and Huffley Lane. Made my ride into work a lot safer. Keep it up! 👍

@AnthropyFounder @wadders007 @OriginalShrews @ShropCouncil @BBCShropshire The water at the junction from St Michael’s to the left turn up to the car park had receded back under the Cross Street railway tunnel when I passed at 5.30pm tonight.
English

@wadders007 @OriginalShrews @ShropCouncil @BBCShropshire Thanks that’s really helpful as the map shows it may be flooded.
Hopefully it is now receding: much appreciated 👍🏻👏🏻🙏🏻
English

Can anyone advise whether there is road access via St.Michael’s street, to the car park by the old Prison? @OriginalShrews @ShropCouncil @BBCShropshire
English

@ThomHetheringto @AlexandraLBryer Ha ha - we do ours in the Breville. 👌👌
English

@AlexandraLBryer Yes! I got myself a little tin last weekend, to make exactly this sort of thing.

@hub_shropshire @ForestryEngland @UKCycleChat @UKMTB_Chat Have you tried the @severnhospice café Refresh? Perfect post-ride cake action!
English

Our roving reporter has been out and about again checking out cycling friendly stops. Today was @ForestryEngland at Haughmond.
Great destination for road cyclists and some great on site cycling for MTB / gravel bikes.

@ShropCouncil @IronbridgeAAC I’ve had similar experiences. I contacted Sarah Dodds, Feedback and Insight Team Leader e-mail: sarah.dodds@shropshire.gov.uk. It gets you into ‘complaints’ territory rather than ‘getting the problem fixed’ territory but it might prompt action/an informed response. Good luck!
English

@IronbridgeAAC Hi Ironbridge I am sorry but I don't have a contact name to give you, I do hope you get a response from them when you e-mail them this time. Kind Regards Elinor
English

So @ShropCouncil as expected I've had sod all response to my emails to the highways department so can somebody take some ownership please instead of fobbing me off all the time? Case No SR-158671-BOK6P7 This path is still dangerous & overgrown again so unusable. 😡😡
