Honestly, this is so true—and most people don’t realize it. At night, your mouth gets dry, which means bacteria grow faster. If you go to bed without brushing, you’re basically letting germs sit on your teeth for hours doing damage. Morning brushing helps freshen your breath. But brushing before bed? That’s what actually protects your teeth. If you had to pick one, night wins every time. Simple habit, big difference.

Gotta learn how to take care of yourself before you can take care of somebody else. 🅿️
