@stevenfcpa #1 issue IMO is Big S only offers a fix if early signs of failure are already evident. as in visible to the naked eye. otherwise keep riding at 20+ MPH & hope for the best. #2 issue, even if they give you a replacement - it’s a half assed jerry-rigged 12 spd crank

2 things about this #Shimano #recall that bother me: 1. I get all sorts of creaks - pedal, chain, BB, spokes, etc. 2. Why do we have to wait until Oct. 1 for inspection?
