@NativeBryan@CJGRISHAM Any law abiding citizen shouldn’t be walking around with their AR. It’s legal yes, and cops ar peices of shit yes. That doesn’t make walking around with one reasonable. Live to fight another day. Don’t squander it trying to prove a point with open Carry
@JohnnyDyaC@CJGRISHAM Nope, else you could twist literally any situation in that way to gain rs. It’s not about a hunch, it’s about articulating facts.
@NativeBryan@CJGRISHAM Alright, let’s do it, I’m down for any one and everyone carrying an AR
On their back everywhere they go. Let’s do it. Bring yours tomorrow. Don’t bring your pistol, bring your AR. Lug that thing around, it’s totally legal. Cops should absolutly not stop you. It’s legal. Facts
@NativeBryan@CJGRISHAM There are 4 reasonable scenarios where at person would ride with an AR. 1. transportation( just purchased or about to sell), 2 . Protection. 3. violence. 4.???. That’s a 25 % chance of violence. No reasonable suspicion?
@NativeBryan@CJGRISHAM Ok fine, you are right. This cop needs better training. Let’s let everyone through. When someone is driving around a UHaul with two barrels. One with ammonium nitrate and one with aluminum powder, both legal by themselves. The cop has no reason to pull them over and talk to them
@JohnnyDyaC@CJGRISHAM Like someone driving while black are just looking to get hemmed up? That is really what you took from that? The cop fucked up. Plain and simple. He needs better training.
@NativeBryan@CJGRISHAM He did not break the law. That’s the whole point of the video. This dude is looking for trouble to try to prove that we can open carry. Point proven
@JohnnyDyaC@CJGRISHAM You are avoiding the question. WHAT LAW DID HE BREAK? Riding your bike is legal. Carrying a rifle is legal. If there was no reasonable suspicion (not a hunch, and not "someone called") then the cop violated his civil rights when he detained him. It's that simple.
@NativeBryan@CJGRISHAM Tons of misspelling on the last one. But seriously, let’s say you see someone riding around with a jack carbine rocking a 100 round mag. Would you expect a cop to go check that out. There is no reason a person should be rocking that kind of firepower on his bike.
@JohnnyDyaC@CJGRISHAM He detained him. Without reasonable suspicion that is a violation of his rights. What law did he break. Come on now. Be specific. A hunch isn't sufficient.
@NativeBryan@CJGRISHAM When the police get called about a person riding around with an Ar on his back shoulder the coo just say, “ well technically that’s legal, and if he does end up shooting someone we are not liable.”
@NativeBryan@CJGRISHAM All he did was stop him and ask a couple questions. These “ gotcha” fags know what they are doing when they are open carrying an AR. They know they will get questioned and they think they are proving a point by doing it. The point is proved, he was let go.
@JohnnyDyaC@PabloM0104@CJGRISHAM Wahh someone told me the law and I didn't like it so I made a racist joke about a guy with a Spanish name being a roofer.
Shut up moron
