Let’s stop pretending this is even a debate anymore. East TN Air has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that we are the premier girls basketball organization in our area. Every offer matters. Every dream matters. But facts are facts. Over the last four years, we’ve produced 3 Power 4 players, multiple Division I players every single year, multiple athletes with 10+ D1 offers, and more than 260 college offers overall. People said our program would fall off when Lauren Hurst graduated. Instead, we produced 160+ more offers. More Division I players. More nationally recruited athletes. More Power 4 opportunities. And we’re not done. Here’s what some people still don’t understand… This isn’t about records. Never has been. A lot of programs chase wins. We chase opportunities. You can beat average teams all weekend and go home with a trophy. We’ll take our chances playing elite competition in front of college coaches. Because college coaches don’t care who beat a team with no college prospects. They care who can perform against players holding 20, 30, and 40 offers. When our point guards outplay nationally recruited guards, coaches notice. When our wings compete with Power 4 talent, coaches notice. When our post players battle future college stars, coaches notice. That’s how recruiting works. This July proved it again. And it’s not just one team. Our E40 teams have offers. Our ICE teams have offers. Our 2028 team has offers, including Division I. Our 2029 team already has players receiving opportunities. The formula isn’t complicated. Put them in front of coaches. Play the highest level competition possible. Repeat. To every East TN Air player currently playing college basketball… To every player who has earned an offer… To every player still chasing one… You are the reason this program continues to grow. The East TN Air brand wasn’t built on hype. It was built on results. 420+ offers last 4 years Countless college opportunities. And a track record that speaks for itself. Success creates attention. Success creates criticism. Success creates haters. We’ll take all three. East TN Air. The standard isn’t set by what we say. The standard is set by what we’ve done. And we’re just getting started.

It does not take 20 minutes to showcase what you can do.. I know of a kid that got an offer by the way they warmed up and carried themselves! College kids make immediate impact when they step on the court somewhere!

With July live period here my advice to my girls and all Others. 1. You can’t earn a scholarship opportunity in 1 game but you can lose one. 2. Play YOUR GAME. This is not the time to try and show things you are not great at! 3. There is good exposure and there is bad exposure. Know the difference. 4. Understand there are levels to this but all offers are great opportunities! D1 isn’t better than D2 if you understand your level and mindset. 5. Pass the dang ball. I promise you coaches want to see GOOD basketball and not individuals trying to show off. 6. Bless the girls who help bring all the coaches! If a millionaire takes a group out to eat steak on him…be thankful. 7. God has your back if you allow it!
