@HastingsDirect Yes I have questions Where is the stolen money and why do @HastingsDirect think it’s ok to illegally access customers banks accounts and take whatever money they want and then lie about returning it. Friday “it will be back Saturday” Saturday “it will be back Sunday” Sunday 🤷‍♂️

@HastingsDirect I need you to return the stolen money. I’ve been lied to so often by your call centre who stole the money it’s crazy. Raising a complaint does not address the issues that you using my bank as your piggy bank has created. 4 days in and you’ve still not returned it
