Enjoying life now at a small/scrappy company with highly engaged founder/CEO. If you're sending one of these emails, remember to suggest a solution/fix if you're outpointing a problem. Also, I've learned a lot when I thought I had a good idea but the founder took time to explain why it wasn't or needed work.

When the people you pay to work for the company you founded send you emails or other messages, be sure to read them. It is not only simple respect but you will often get important information that improves operations & prospects.
