Kids nowadays don't know what an FMV in a game is. That aside, I played the playtest of this a couple days ago, it is a cool little idea, interested to see where the story is going at. But the atmosphere was great.

I had this bug on my first squid dive, on d8 in a city for the first 5 minutes there were no enemies. But there were non stop voteless gurgling and seaf dying near me like it's death stranding world war 1/2 segments, I thought that's what squid do - just make you fucking insane

@yakurefu Me emocioné mucho cuando leí sobre este descubrimiento (no puedo leer chino, pero sí japonés), pero después me di cuenta de que no era tan interesante como pensé porque básicamente estás leyendo inglés con 文字 de 中国 y de 日本. De la 同 方法 que en スペイン語 y 日本語.

Usuarios de X de China y Japón, descubrieron que pueden comunicarse entre ellos reemplazando los adverbios y conjunciones de su idioma, ¡por los del inglés! Esta imagen se ha vuelto viral porque muestra a internautas chinos y japoneses comunicándose por escrito a la perfección, sin saber el idioma del otro. ¿Cómo es posible? El chino y el japonés comparten gran parte de sus ideogramas. Un turista chino en Japón puede entender el tema central de un periódico o un letrero porque el significado visual (la semántica) de los caracteres es prácticamente el mismo. Sin embargo, aunque comparten vocabulario visual, la estructura es totalmente distinta. El chino funciona con un orden Sujeto-Verbo-Objeto (como el español), mientras que el japonés es Sujeto-Objeto-Verbo, además de usar partículas complejas. Pero al descubrir que la diferencia principal entre el chino y el japonés está en los adverbios y las conjunciones, los reemplazaron con palabras en inglés, y pudieron crear oraciones que tanto los internautas chinos como los japoneses pueden entender. Mira el primer mensaje de la imagen: "中国语 and 日本语 are 同一 but 文法 and 副词 完全 different" (El idioma chino Y el idioma japonés SON iguales PERO la gramática Y los adverbios son completamente DIFERENTES). Al usar "and", "but" o "different", el cerebro de ambos usuarios se salta la barrera gramatical y solo conecta el significado puro de los caracteres. El segundo usuario entiende a la perfección y le responde con la misma técnica, rematando con un lamento lingüístico: "IF 中国漢字 and 日本漢字 発音 same, 交流 more 便利, 我 very 悲" (SI los caracteres chinos Y los japoneses tuvieran la MISMA pronunciación, la comunicación sería MÁS conveniente. Love the new "realism" change in Helldivers 2 where the directional shield blocks my own lasers. Makes total sense a sci-fi shield can’t tell friend from enemy, really immersive when I’m my own biggest counter. Thank you Arrowhead.

Worst part is that Extraction shooter seems to remain a niche genre and is not the next big genre that these companies want it to be. Can't wait for 2033 when Halo starts doing a glorblike mode after it went popular in 2031. Being a Halo fan is tough huh... I feel for you guys.

I had this great idea for Resident Evil 10, the game is about Chris fighting mold monsters that he can't shoot because they're heavily armored, but he finds a 7/8 yo Rose Winters, who can use her mold powers to open up the monsters so Chris can shoot at them. Image unrelated.
