The hooter on 70 mins is definitely not a rule enhancement. One of the very few the FRC got wrong.

@fingac15 @SmallerFishGAA How? “We’re not a division 3 team”. “Fact” As you play in division 3. 😂 Down won a tailteann cup 2 years ago, back playing in division 3 the following year. Kildare won it last year , back in division 3. No progress, just talk of “wanting to be at the top table”!
