Asked @GeminiApp to build a list of prospective tenants for an industrial space we have.
Came up with 84, spot checked a few, looked good, mailed out flyers.
64% came back undelivered. Gemini completely hallucinated ***54*** of the addresses. Just made up addresses.

Got forced into the new Outlook. Put it off as long as humanly possible because when you’re running deals at full speed, anything that slows you down is the enemy. This is pain. How long before this becomes normal again?

Legal doesn’t tell me what to do. I tell them. Legal gives advice and guidance on xyz items. If I wanted the non-compete removed from NDA, it would be removed. Also, wtf puts a non-compete in an NDA? Well, now that I think about it. Maybe that’s common? I don’t know. I’ve read 0 words of every NDA I’ve ever signed.
