Mr. Ortega thanked his former PO, Bryan Gray, for the impact he made on his life. Mr. Ortega had spent many years in and out of prison, but was able to get his firefighter certification, and was hired by CAL Fire Mendocino as a Firefighter in May. #RCPsuccess
