@SpankTheBookies Just a poor ride when being allowed to set his own fractions. He’s on a PTP horse and he’s allowed a flat horse to out speed him down straight. Last few furlongs comfotably the quickest of the race

Another race where it has paid to be on the pace at Ludlow. Fresh Kicks allowed Manigod to get first run on him and even after belting the 2nd last hurdle Manigod held on comfortably. James Bowen looked as if he was travelling better off the final bend but the winner was gone.

@MacThePunter Gave it a howler of a ride last time out as well, horse got him out of trouble. Not a very good judge of pace either, in my book.

@Robs_Harkess91 @WilllSmithJnr Agree, but could tell that before the race, just from watching his French run, where he was outpaced over 2f further on similar ground. Went from front and settled nicely then. If the aim is winning, surely you bang out from the front, use experience and don’t get outsped.

Some people can’t seem to grasp that you can be frustrated with the ownership and still think Amorim didn’t do enough in his 14+ months to justify investing millions in him. There are multiple conversations to be had and not everything has to be talked about in extremes.

@bethTmufc Amorim was the man to take the club forward. People don’t understand a process and expect a club on its knees to be competing consistently within 14 months. Young manager entitled to make mistakes, but was slowly improving things and moving it gradually in the right direction

We were awful under Amorim and we’re awful without him. Honestly, people forget the Europa League final and the Grimsby game? The whole club is a shambles right now.
