This popped up on my feed last week after I had sat in anxiety all day and hadn't verbally spoken to God yet. I was in so much stress and wasn't truly giving it over to the Lord. But as soon as I spoke out loud to Him, I burst into tears from finally letting out what I had bottled up all day. We are not meant to carry heavy burdens. Talk to God about it, He loves the sound of your voice.
