So true! Try running your own small business where customers, staff and suppliers are relying on YOU, just YOU! If so many people are claiming mental health issues it's because they can! I say that having had my own mental health issues, but I always new keeping busy, having places I need to be and human interaction helped. I often didn't feel like it in any way, just wanting to stay in bed all day, but it would be a good thing if the system made that far more difficult to do.

The cure to mental health is keeping yourself busy. Nothing more, nothing less. Just keep yourself busy.

Just a quick one. When a 78 year old woman is murdered in her own home - a place that’s meant to be the safest place of all. YOU don’t need to preface your condolences with, “I didn’t agree with her political opinions.” It’s OK to simply say, “What a horrible way for someone to die. I’m horrified, and I send my best wishes to her friends and family.”
