@HMRCcustomers I've been holding on the phone for 20mins. I have recieved a letter asking me for information in irderto allocate a payment which I sent (with my ni number), which you recieved 9th Jan 2023. Can someone dm me so I can get this resolved? Thanks

@HMRCcustomers They asked for my normal mthly NI payment. So can only assume ot was for that.

@Jon91320173 On the letter that asked you to pay, it should have stated what the payment was for or give you a reference number. Do you still have that letter? Steve

@HMRCcustomers Hi Steve I was sent a letter informing me I needed to pay x amount, which I did. Then I recently received a letter asking me what x amount was for. I live in Spain and pay NI contributions mthly via direct debit. I was making sure I was fully accounted for for that year.

@Jon91320173 Hi @Jon91320173, All the info we currently have from Pioneer says that we will have plenty in time for Christmas. However we cannot 100% guarantee it as there are so many delivery issues at this time of year.
