This could have been avoided.
Failure to insulate every home, end reliance on fossil fuels & decouple energy prices from gas left us exposed to energy shocks.
Now we must act:
Cap bill rises after June.
End fossil fuel addiction.
Lower bills, permanently.

@implausibleblog What he fails to appreciate is that the more oil/gas we extract from the North Sea the greater the tax take for the Government. This additional tax could then be used to lower energy bills.
