The parents of a two-year-old child have brought a High Court legal challenge to @EalingLabour Labour-run @EalingCouncil Ealing Council’s plan to close 10 children’s centres in the borough. Some were asking, what's the point of this. Well its an example of price referencing £1.85 isn't particularly cheap for 18 Jaffa cakes, yet by leaving the single pack there with 12 for £2.25 it provides a psychological reference which makes the discounted price a feel cheaper.
