#NMNH we came down form the 5-10 pie in the sky estimates some other supp manufacturers claimed but no some science suggesting that NMNH does increase NAD by 3X. (#NMN is around 2X). Maybe more studies will follow that will add credibility. Interesting uthpeak.com/blog/5-years-y…

2. get a script if you can or find a source for acyclovir aka zovirax. this is by far the best bargain. you dont need valacyclovir or famciclovir. they generate commission for drs! less absorbed and pricey. 3. refer to my chart and find other targets as you go. Peace.

#antivirals #menieres A reminder of what you need to do if you are new to Meniere's... 1. Get on antivirals ASAP. dont wait long for a script, buy one of these olive leaf, monolaurin or oregano oil gel caps. Start low and slow take only 1 pill a day. TBC..

see pinned post. tamping down inflammation is thre primary goal. i dont recommend steroids but if so, ONLY oral. never into ear. if your ENT wont even talk about antivirals Fire them and find a naturopath or functional medicine dr. you can treat without a dr.

I don't pop on very often anymore but if you have #menieres diagnosed there is more than hope. get on antivirals ASAP. that means buy some olive leaf or monolaurin or oregano oil gel caps and try and get an acyclovir script. then see pined post, you CAN get into remission.

@AndrewWerdna_ @goodfellow_ian you forgot one LARGE thing... antivirals- both natural and pharma if you can get it. the major root cause is a viral infection of inner ear.

@JohnDParody Hubs has menieres. It affects him randomly. He can be fine one day and wake up the next day dizzy and nauseous. 1st time he had an attack, he was driving. He said it was like instant drunkenness. He battled it Sunday and Monday. Took some golden seal. Seems better today.

@vrillennial @bioenergeticmel never do this. ORAL steroids (hydrocortisone is better) are only a sane option if you are not on antivirals and have had a misstep. NEVER inject anything into your ear with menieres. this is an ENT trick to charge you and keep you coming back

@bioenergeticmel Menieres? If it is, you can get steroid injections into the inner eardrum. It's definitely not the lifelong issue it once was. (DM me if you don't want to discuss in public)

Hmm yeah I wonder why. What could possibly explain why this strange disorder is surging? I wonder if maybe disabled people have been warning everyone about this exact outcome since 2020? Can’t be sure. I guess we’ll never ever know. A mystery.

@heidiccvincentz @goodfellow_ian that is false. but there is a point that sometimes the body seems to be attacking itself when its attacking a pathogen. it is both. constant inflammation from dysfunction is real and each component needs to be addressed. it is treatable.

@JonBubo @goodfellow_ian Auto-immunity isn’t a thing. The body doesn’t attack itself. The immune system cleans up and removes debris before it overwhelms the body and disturbs equilibriums. Antibodies are the post-witness to this.

@goodfellow_ian resistance to what? pharmaceuticals? there is no resistance to the following: olive leaf, monolaurin, oregano oil astragalas etc. you will never find a study showing that took place. just pharma antivirals.

@goodfellow_ian tmj/cervical alignment does NOT cause menieres but may be causing higher symptoms as it can lead to inflammation due to arthritis and rubbing. if you try and treat the tmj/cervical alone you will likely wind up regretting it later without addressing the pathogens.

@JonBubo So I actually agree you should try acyclovir but if it doesn’t help after a few months (it didn’t in my case) you probably have a different cause for your Meniere’s (not a virus, or a virus not affected by acyclovir). Also, yes, TMJ is super important. Cervical spine too.
