So the Milwaukee Bucks, wanting to enhance lottery chances and protect an asset, want to shut down Giannis and he's refusing, as The Athletic and ESPN reported in past 30 minutes. What is keeping him from simply saying the words "It's best we go our separate ways and in trade talks, please convey that I would only sign an extension with teams, X, Y, Z"? A year of all this nonsense because he can't bring himself to that, which is admirable in some ways, I suppose. Heat will keep trying to acquire him this summer.
