This is really terrible news for anyone wanting a dip in the sea. I’ve asked why. There don’t seem to be answers yet but I’m attending a briefing tomorrow and I will push to find out more. We need to understand why this has happened and how it can be prevented in future.

We collected a mattress today from the sea. Awkward and water-logged, we brought it alongside and back to shore. A reminder that the sea isn't your rubbish bin, it's an ecosystem that's struggling enough already without random human debris 🙏

The Captain has been playing Fifa 23 on manager mode. Halfway through his 1st season, managing Hearts to a 6 point lead at the top of the Premiership & a 15 game unbeaten run he's been sacked. He's a little down hearted.
