@isgoodactually @allie__voss Some people are adults with real jobs and don’t mind paying for a quality product they use multiple times per week for years. Spalding TF 1000 balls were $60 -$70 in 2005. This is a stupid post from someone who doesn’t know ball

@allie__voss You can still get plastic-ish outdoor ones for approximately that, I think. Maybe $25 minimum. But these are top-of-the-line game balls that would be used in high-level competition.

Biggest grift out there. For years you told people to eat nothing but meat and fruit and that protein bars and supplements were “junk.” Now you have your own supplement and protein bar line?? 😂 Also, please tell your social media team I’m not interested in promoting your brand for money. They can stop the DMs and emails. And $5 per bar? That’s robbery. For less than $5 per serving, you can get better nutrition and real food: • Eggs • Tuna • Beef • Cottage cheese • Chicken • Greek yogurt • Add a piece of fruit Real food will always win.

@homegymcoop added a dialed motion cable retractor to your home belt squat yt video , it solved getting out of the hole Problem. Now I just need a way to easily remove the 2nd pulley so I can use this cable stack for things other than belt squats.

@BoyanSlat This in lies this problem. Your story isn’t true, it’s perception. Fish oil does not unclog meibomian glands in 2 weeks. This is 100% a placebo effect or altered perception.

Three years ago I suddenly developed blurry vision in one of my eyes. Went to the GP. Eye drops. No effect. Went to a specialized eye hospital. No solution there either. A few weeks ago I tried something new: I asked an LLM. It analyzed my diet and suggested I might be omega-3 deficient. It also pointed me to studies showing that this can impair the meibomian glands (which produce the oily layer that smooths the surface of the cornea.) I started taking algae oil supplements. Two weeks later… my vision is perfectly restored! Honestly, I got a bit emotional. Banning AI from being used for medical questions is a terrible idea.

A New York bill would ban AI from answering questions related to several licensed professions like medicine, law, dentistry, nursing, psychology, social work, engineering, and more. The companies would be liable if the chatbots give “substantive responses” in these areas.

How would I make life more affordable for Minnesotans? Simple: (1) No taxes on your first $75,000 of income; (2) property tax reform (it is ridiculous Minnesotans have to rebuy their home every year in property taxes) and that includes freezing property tax increases for Minnesotans 65 and older (retirees shouldn’t have to worry every year about whether they can afford to keep their home); and (3) stop wasteful spending.

@andersonjake188 @BrianSuttererMD You’re right Jake, LED lights wreaking havoc on your circadian rhythm couldn’t possibly have anything to do with poor health. Sleep? Who’s needs it! We for sure should not spend …. (Checks notes) $100 replacing LED lights for better sleep! Shame on Huberman!

@BrianSuttererMD You’re right Brian, the modern American is a shining beacon of health. We should stop educating people on how to improve their health and well being. sweeping government mandates about things as trivial as every lightbulb in every building make no difference on the body.

@PhilMackey Here is my Monday hot take, but if you read this on air you have to read the entire thing. If Judds’s boy Nick Mullins is qb this year, this is a playoff team. In all seriousness though, they can’t go into 2026 with JJ as QB1. Maybe he is good someday, but he is a project, and his timeline doesn’t line up with your core. You can’t expect them (Jets, Darrisaw, etc) to waste their prime waiting for someone who might be Josh Rosen, or worse? Anyhow, if I’m Vikings , my first move is to fire Kwesi on black Monday. He draft record is untenable . Signing free agents to fill holes because you cannot draft is unsustainable. He should have never been resigned in the first place, they should have let him go into his lame duck year and walk. I understand that drafting is somewhat luck, but he’s not just “not elite” he’s objectively been terrible in the draft. Also has had some really bad moves this year , maybe none worse than inexplicably releasing Mechki Blackmon so you can start Jeff Okudah and make the rest of your secondary players bad because they’re all playing out of position (Metellus , Murphy) . KOC stays through basically anything. He’s Kyle Shannahan / McVay tier IMO . Seems the Wilfs agree. Then next year you either draft a qb in round 1 + sign a Mac Jones to compete for the job with rookie and McCarthy. Or my moonshot is to trade that top pick for Trevor Lawrence. He’s had bad coaches and bad teams. Seems like a prime candidate for KOC to take from a middling QB to MVP level. The rest of the team is mostly fine. Will need adjustments to move cap around, cut some guys and normal offseason maneuvering. This is a very good team that is being hampered by historically bad QB play. They were competing with Wentz, who is bad (until he was too hurt to function) , but you just cannot compete with this level of QB play. This team has 1-2 losses with Darnold as QB this year? Sure glad they didn’t resign him so they could sign Allen and Hargrave . Who would’ve guessed that overpaying IDL that were clearly declining and aging wouldn’t have worked out. Anyhow, this team doesn’t need to be blown up, but you need to find a competent qb that is on the same timeline as the team and do your development in the background.

@CrunchCardwell @JeffDye Hi, Please find one example of the Bible commanding state sponsored welfare. Specifically state sponsored, this is different than individual generosity. That is where you will find the disconnect. The Bible does not command state sponsored welfare.

I’m a pretty die hard minimalist shoe guy. Tried playing basketball in the xero x1 & they were awful. I made it 1 game. You need cushion to play basketball, minimalist shoes are not compatible with the sport. I have played in my lone peaks and they weren’t terrible lol, but the traction on court is bad
